Tehran E-Commerce Association Earns Third Place in the First Ranking of Tehran Chamber of Commerce Associations

The Tehran E-Commerce Association achieved third place in the first official ranking of associations conducted by the Tehran Province Chamber of Commerce.

According to the Public Relations Office of the Tehran E-Commerce Association, the award ceremony announcing the results of the economic associations’ ranking and honoring top-performing organizations was held in the presence of the Chairman and Secretary General of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, the Head of the Tehran House of Industry and Mining, and representatives of various economic associations.

During the event, out of 31 associations affiliated with the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, only 16 organizations met the required criteria to be evaluated and ranked following assessments carried out by the Iran Chamber of Commerce. Based on the final results, no association qualified for first place, while the Tehran E-Commerce Association successfully earned sufficient scores to secure third position in the overall ranking.

At the ceremony, Sepideh Omidi, Director of the Iran Chamber of Commerce Ranking Center, outlined the evaluation process for Tehran’s economic associations. She explained that the assessment focused on key criteria including governance, membership, services, regulation, and impact. She also announced that the average score of Tehran Chamber associations in this first ranking round was 30.26, noting that further development and capacity-building initiatives will be implemented to enhance both the qualitative and quantitative performance of associations. Omidi emphasized that in this inaugural ranking cycle, no organization achieved first place.
