Campaign Against Technology Sanctions on the People of Iran

The Internet and Infrastructure Commission of the Tehran Electronic Commerce Association has launched a campaign titled “Opposing Technology Sanctions Against the People of Iran.”

This initiative aims to counteract the restrictions imposed by some foreign companies that block Iranian IP addresses and sanction Iranian users. Alongside domestic internet filtering, these measures have severely disrupted internet access for our fellow citizens.

In response, the commission is actively engaging in multiple meetings and correspondences with relevant authorities, as well as reaching out to the companies enforcing these sanctions, in an effort to resolve the issue and improve internet access for Iranians. The campaign seeks to gather a significant number of signatures to elevate this matter to an international level.

The Internet and Infrastructure Commission of the Tehran Electronic Commerce Association invites individuals and media outlets to participate in the campaign and help spread awareness among the public. Collective cooperation and support will undoubtedly play a crucial role in advancing this advocacy and achieving the campaign’s goals.
