He said, \u201cDoctorTo considered it its duty not only to serve people during normal times but also to stand by our fellow citizens in critical moments. At a time when anxiety and worries were part of daily life, the importance of maintaining physical and mental health was felt more than ever.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added, \u201cThe DoctorTo team worked tirelessly to reduce health concerns by offering online appointment scheduling, phone, text, and video consultations, as well as clear communication regarding changes in doctors\u2019 schedules. Our goal was to assure users that they could still monitor their health even under these conditions.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Azadi explained that the support team contacted all doctors with active appointments and promptly informed patients of any cancellations or changes to prevent unnecessary travel. Doctors were also requested to report any schedule changes as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The CEO continued, \u201cAlongside these efforts, in collaboration with volunteer doctors\u2014especially psychologists\u2014we provided free counseling services to those who needed remote consultations due to appointment cancellations, relocation, or inability to visit clinics.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He also praised the technical team\u2019s efforts to maintain platform stability, saying, \u201cGiven the state of the country\u2019s internet infrastructure, the DoctorTo tech team made every effort to keep the platform running without interruption.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Azadi stressed the social responsibility of businesses during such times: \u201cBusinesses are pillars of social dynamism and cohesion. In crises, their responsibility goes beyond service delivery or economic activity; they must serve as psychological refuge, livelihood supporters, and a foundation for solidarity. Responsible brand behavior can help rebuild social hope and public trust.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reflecting on their actions, the DoctorTo CEO noted: \u201cWe prioritized free consultations and quick updates about appointments for patients, maintained continuous communication between doctors and support teams, and provided remote work options, flexible hours, and psychological support for our staff to ease the pressures of these days.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He concluded, \u201cWe believed responsibility was not just a slogan. Through humane decisions, effective services, and solidarity with users and colleagues, we aimed to share the burden. From crises, opportunities arise to redefine roles, strengthen human bonds, and build a more resilient society.
